Our client:

Our client is a company operating in the satellite analytics industry for over 12 years. The headquarters is located in the USA, with representative offices in Portugal, the Netherlands, Poland, and Ukraine. The company is part of a large international holding with a global presence. It develops proprietary satellite analytics products using neural networks and satellite image processing algorithms.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in B2G/ institutional sales.
  • Background in one or more of the following domains: Geoinformation technologies / Satellite solutions / GIS / Defense / SaaS / IoT / Hardware / GPS solutions; Infrastructure monitoring; Construction / Oil & Gas / Energy.
  • Experience working with mid-sized and/or enterprise clients, international markets (EU, Ukraine, North America), and government institutions.
  • Experience in identifying and applying for government tenders and/or international grant programs.
  • Proven experience in independently sourcing tenders (hunter profile), not only working with inbound or internally assigned opportunities.
  • Experience applying for EU, ESA, European Commission, or other international institutional programs will be a strong advantage.
  • Understanding of how to build a tender participation strategy (including networking, conferences, and proactive identification of upcoming opportunities).
  • Experience building a sales pipeline from scratch in new/existing markets and managing the full sales cycle (end-to-end).
  • Experience delivering presentations, demos, and selling complex solutions
  • English: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) — mandatory; Fluent — preferred
  • Willingness to travel and participate in international conferences and events; valid documents for international mobility are required.
Responsibilities:
  • Deep understanding of the EO product line and effective communication of its value to clients and partners.
  • Market research: trends, competitors, growth opportunities, niche identification.
  • Identification, analysis, and initiation of participation in government tenders and international programs (with a focus on Europe).
  • Building and managing the pipeline: sourcing, qualification, and opportunity development.
  • Independent initiation and coordination of tender documentation preparation together with internal teams.
  • Engaging clients, partners, and institutional customers: negotiations, presentations, deal initiation.
  • Handling client inquiries, identifying needs, and matching appropriate solutions.
  • Participation in the development and execution of the business growth strategy in the B2G / institutional direction.
  • Interaction with C-level, Board members, and external stakeholders
