Our client is an international SalesTech and MarTech group that has rapidly evolved from a niche service provider into a diversified ecosystem of B2B products and services. Operating globally, the company demonstrates strong financial performance, sustainable growth, and ambitious plans for further expansion, new product launches, and strategic initiatives.

To support this next stage of growth, our client is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) — a strategic finance leader who will take full ownership of the financial function and partner closely with the executive team.

Candidate Profile:
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in finance, including at least 3 years in senior leadership roles (CFO / Head of Finance / Group Finance).
  • Background in high-growth environments such as marketing, tech, SaaS, B2B services, or lead generation.
  • Strong expertise in financial planning, FP&A, and financial modeling.
  • Solid knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP.
  • Proven experience managing multi-entity, multi-currency structures.
  • Deep understanding of sales and marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, retention, ROI, pipeline).
  • Hands-on experience with M&A, due diligence, and post-merger integration is a strong plus.
  • Experience in finance automation, process optimization, and digital transformation.
  • Practical knowledge of QuickBooks and Google Sheets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Ukrainian.
Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the financial strategy aligned with the group’s growth objectives.
  • Act as a financial business partner to the CEO, executive team, and commercial functions.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and short- and long-term financial planning.
  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and overall financial stability.
  • Deliver timely and accurate management, consolidated, and external reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Present financial performance and insights to the board, investors, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead tax strategy and ensure compliance across jurisdictions.
  • Drive M&A activities, including deal evaluation, structuring, and integration.
  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing finance team.
  • Lead finance digital transformation and automation initiatives.
  • Support R&D investments, new product launches, go-to-market strategies, and pricing models.
  • Participate in fundraising processes and investor relations as needed.
