Head of Retail (B2C)

Our client is one of the leading telecommunications companies in Ukraine, providing millions of customers with high-quality connectivity services for over 20 years and actively investing in the development of digital solutions.

We are looking for a Head of Retail (B2C) who will develop a 2+ year retail growth strategy, optimize sales models (own vs. partner stores), enhance customer experience, and drive sales and subscriber base growth (over 21 million clients).

• Higher education in Business, Management, or Economics.
• At least 7 years of experience in retail management or B2C commercial operations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role managing large teams or regional networks.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Deep understanding of retail sales processes and customer service standards.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Fluent in Ukrainian and English.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

• Experience working with partner or franchise retail channels.
• Background in Telecommunications or FMCG industries.
• MBA degree.

• Develop and implement a national retail strategy for the B2C segment.
• Ensure achievement of sales, customer satisfaction, and profitability targets.
• Manage and support regional sales teams and retail partners across the country.
• Optimize and expand the retail network in line with business objectives and customer demand.
• Design and implement motivation programs, operational standards, and performance monitoring tools for retail staff and partners.
• Ensure consistent execution of brand and commercial initiatives across all retail formats.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Service, and Finance teams to support an integrated go-to-market approach.
• Lead the digital transformation of retail channels (automation, analytics, CRM tools, etc.).
• Oversee retail budgeting and expenditure control.
