Requirements:
Experience in executive positions (CEO, COO, CCO, or HRD) with a focus on managing the company’s operations, including planning, implementation, and control of key processes.
Experience in production management is required, and experience in construction is a plus.
Expertise in building and optimizing business processes, managing change, and adapting new processes according to business needs.
Proven success in strategic planning and implementing operational strategies with measurable results.
Experience in managing a top-management team, coordinating between departments, and achieving common goals.
Knowledge of how to develop, motivate, and manage team performance.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational processes to achieve company goals.
Systematically analyze efficiency through the achievement of OKR indicators across departments.
Monitor and analyze business performance to make informed strategic decisions.
Plan, execute, and control the company’s budget to optimize costs and strengthen financial standing.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and control financial performance.
Collaborate with senior and top-level management, identify needs, establish coordination between departments, and ensure each team meets goals.
