Senior Lawyer

• Valid attorney’s license: Possession of a valid attorney’s license.
• Experience in litigation: At least 5 years of experience in litigation as a leading lawyer.
• Process improvement: Willingness to improve existing processes in the company, simplify them, and digitize where possible.
• English language proficiency: Fluent English at the Intermediate level or higher.
• Travel readiness: Willingness to travel to Kyiv approximately twice a month if not residing there permanently.

• Legal support in litigation: Providing full legal support to the company during litigation through internal legal services, including preparation of claims, objections, and appeals, as well as control over external consultants.
• Processing government requests: Organizing and maintaining the process of handling government requests from agencies such as the prosecutor’s office, police, Security Service of Ukraine, and Chamber of Commerce.
• Litigation management: Organizing litigation processes within the company by developing a risk assessment matrix and litigation tactics, using external resources or representing the company in court proceedings at all levels.
• Company representation: Representing the company during criminal proceedings and resolving major customer claims.
• Contract support: Providing legal support for contract conclusion in complex situations, including involvement and leadership of business projects.
• Risk assessment and mitigation: Initiating, facilitating, coordinating, and executing risk assessment and mitigation, reporting according to corporate risk requirements.
• Risk analysis and minimization: Analyzing risks and providing business with measures to minimize them following litigation, claims, and inspections based on judicial practice and legislative changes.
• Corporate reporting: Maintaining corporate legal reporting and providing timely updates on litigation risks to the internal team.
• Digitalization of processes: Focusing on the use of digital technologies and practices to digitize and optimize legal processes.
• Legal support during inspections: Organizing and maintaining legal support during government inspections, including training for involved colleagues and timely appealing of inspection results if legally possible and justified by business needs.
