Our client is a 3PL logistics company, one of the top 10 largest logistics companies in Ukraine, currently seeking a Sales Manager for logistics services (international road transportation, FTL, LTL).

Requirements:
  • Experience in sales of logistics services for international road transportation (FTL, LTL) across Europe, the Baltics, and Turkey;
  • Ability to attract clients at any stage of business development and build long-term relationships with them;
  • Expertise in client segmentation, identifying specific needs, and determining pricing;
  • Skills in analyzing performance results and planning steps to achieve the desired outcomes;
  • Experience with automated software solutions;
  • Willingness to travel within Ukraine when necessary;
  • Knowledge of the geography of Europe, the Baltics, and Turkey.
Responsibilities:
  • Actively search for potential clients to provide logistics services (international road transportation FTL, LTL);
  • Upselling services to existing clients;
  • Conduct negotiations and sign contracts with corporate clients;
  • Maintain a client database and reporting;
  • Manage accounts receivable;
  • Participate in marketing activities to promote the service: conferences, seminars, webinars, surveys.
