Purchasing Manager

Our client is one of the largest and most stable employers, operating in the Ukrainian market since 1999. The company is assembling a team for the launch of a new project, and therefore, is opening the position of Purchasing Manager with experience in the Chinese market.

• At least 2 years of experience in international procurement in the Chinese market.
• Mandatory experience in managing the full procurement cycle in China (from supplier search to product delivery to the warehouse in Ukraine).
• Knowledge of Ukrainian and international legislation regulating foreign economic activity.
• Experience with direct foreign trade contracts.
• Experience communicating with suppliers, customs brokers, and transporters.
• Experience in preparing a customs documentation package.
• Analytical mindset and skills in using Excel: basic functions, filters, pivot tables (mandatory).
• Experience working with 1C software.
• Ability to calculate the cost of goods, considering all expenses.

• Market analysis and commercial proposals for specific product groups.
• Conducting tender procurement (selecting the most advantageous price offer from available platforms).
• Negotiating with suppliers.
• Documenting the order from the moment of request formation to the arrival of goods at the warehouse, controlling payments and delivery schedules.
• Organizing logistics.
• Handling claims with suppliers.
• Supporting customs clearance of goods.
• Calculating the cost of goods.

• Remote work or office work. Offices available in: Kyiv, Odesa, Zaporizhzhia.
• Work schedule: Mon-Fri, 09:00-18:00.
• Periodic business trips to Zaporizhzhia, with future trips to China possible.
