Their services include small group tours, private tours, and small ship cruises, which can be organized worldwide.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of tour product development experience (leisure travel)
  • Recent experience working with complex multi-destination European tour programs.
  • Proven experience in designing travel itineraries and exceptional experiences.
  • Strong supplier relationships within the European market.
  • Proven experience in negotiating contract rates and terms.
  • Strong ability to analyze market data and identify sales opportunities.
  • Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, helpful tone.
  • A solid mastery of Excel, formula creation, and tables.
  • A clear understanding of the upscale American traveler and the service levels required to satisfy that traveler.
  • Willingness to accompany tourists during the initial launch of a tour.
Responsibilities:
  • Product Development: Conceptualize, develop, and refine new tour programs.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with suppliers and ensure they’re accurately reflected in internal systems.
  • Product Implementation: Implement new programs, including pricing, inventory management, and operational logistics.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new products.
  • Supplier Relations: Manage and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Operational Support: Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth tour execution, address issues, and maintain high service standards.
  • Internal Training: Train internal staff on new products and processes.
  • Customer Service: Lead customer service resolution for on-tour and post-tour issues.
  • Emergency Response: Manage crises and provide timely solutions.
