We’re looking for a strategic, detail-oriented Product Manager with a deep knowledge of Latin America, luxury travel trends, and a talent for building unforgettable itineraries. Requirements:
  • Design and refine immersive, multi-country Latin American travel itineraries tailored to high-end American travelers.
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements with top-tier local suppliers.
  • Implement new tour programs in our systems, including pricing, inventory, and operational logistics.
  • Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to develop innovative and exclusive travel products.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop content for brochures, digital platforms, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Ensure flawless execution of programs through close coordination with Operations and Supplier Partners.
  • Maintain supplier relationships to uphold the Company brand and ensure excellent on-tour service.
  • Lead product training sessions for internal staff and travel advisors.
  • Respond to client feedback and collaborate on resolutions for service issues before, during, or after travel.
  • Assist in emergency travel situations as needed in coordination with Operations.
