Procurement Manager

Our client is one of the largest and most stable employers in the Ukrainian market since 1999. The company is assembling a team to launch a new project and is looking to fill the position of a Procurement Manager with experience in the Chinese market.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in international procurement on the Chinese market;
• Proven experience in managing the full procurement cycle in China (from supplier search to delivery of products to a warehouse in Ukraine);
• Knowledge of Ukrainian and international legislation regulating foreign economic activities;
• Experience with direct foreign economic contracts;
• Experience in communication with suppliers, customs brokers, and carriers;
• Experience in preparing documentation for customs clearance;
• Analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel: basic functions, filters, pivot tables (mandatory);
• Experience working with 1C software;
• Ability to calculate the cost of goods considering all expenses.

• Market analysis and evaluation of commercial offers for specific product groups;
• Conducting tender procurements (selecting the most advantageous price offers on existing platforms);
• Negotiating with suppliers;
• Documenting orders from the moment of request formation to the arrival of goods at the warehouse, payment control, and delivery schedules;
• Organizing logistics;
• Handling claims with suppliers;
• Assisting in customs clearance of goods;
• Calculating the cost of goods.

• Remote work or office-based options in Kyiv, Odesa, or Zaporizhzhia;
• Work schedule: Mon-Fri, 09:00-18:00;
• Periodic business trips to Zaporizhzhia, and potentially to China in the future;
