Logistics Team Leader

Our client is a 3PL logistics company, ranked among the top 10 largest logistics companies in Ukraine, currently looking for Logistics Team Leaders in the areas of road and sea transportation.

• Experience: At least 4 years in senior logistics roles or managerial positions.
• Knowledge of international road/sea transportation services at a level where you can analyze the company’s areas for growth.
• Ability to improve team workflows, making them more cohesive and productive.
• Knowledge of how to develop and implement a long-term strategy for the department, and analyze the market and competitive environment.
• Strong focus on business results and a desire to grow alongside the company.

• Managing a team of logistics specialists, participating in KPI creation, assessing workload and performance, allocating orders, overseeing the quality of customer service, calculating bonuses based on shipment results, onboarding new employees, and enhancing the skills of the logistics team.
• Developing the service, forming strategies, planning, and implementing changes.
• Collaborating with the commercial department to support customer shipments.
• Improving TMS (based on 1C), overseeing logistics staff input of operational agreements into the system, and preparing reports.
• Independently closing customer orders related to international road transportation.
• Expanding the carrier base, signing agreements with new carriers, maintaining relationships with existing ones, and ensuring they offer the best rates.
• Organizing the department’s document workflow for transportation support.
• Collecting and analyzing data, preparing regular operational reports.
