Our client is a Ukrainian developer that creates, builds, and manages commercial real estate properties. The company’s portfolio includes over 35 innovative projects designed for leaders of the new generation.

We are looking for a Lean Manager who will implement Lean methodologies to improve the efficiency of business processes, foster a Kaizen culture, and integrate Lean approaches at all company levels to achieve strategic goals.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience implementing Lean methodologies in medium-sized or large companies.
In-depth knowledge of Lean methodologies:
  • Experience working with Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, Kanban, Asaichi, Value Stream Mapping, etc.).
  • Understanding of Continuous Improvement principles.
Project Management:
  • Ability to plan, launch, and control Lean projects.
  • Experience working with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Analytics and Reporting:
  • Ability to analyze data, evaluate process efficiency, and prepare reports.
  • Experience working with KPIs and other performance metrics.
Training Skills:
  • Ability to develop and conduct training programs for various audiences.
Responsibilities:
Lean Strategy Development and Implementation:
  • Develop a Lean methodology implementation strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals.
  • Identify key processes for optimization and improvement.
Employee Training and Development:
  • Organize training programs on Lean methodologies (5S, Kaizen, Kanban, Asaichi, etc.).
  • Conduct training and workshops for various levels of employees.
Lean Tool Implementation:
  • Launch pilot projects using Lean tools in key departments.
  • Scale successful practices to all company divisions.
Change Management:
  • Ensure employee adaptation to new processes and methodologies.
  • Manage resistance to change through communication and training.
Monitoring and Analytics:
  • Implement a system for monitoring the effectiveness of Lean initiatives.
  • Analyze results and prepare reports for management.
Fostering a Culture of Continuous Improvement:
  • Create conditions for active employee involvement in optimization processes.
  • Organize regular events to share experiences and ideas (e.g., Kaizen events).
