Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience as an HR Director or Head of HR.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR strategy, personnel management, and organizational development.
  • Experience in implementing HR processes, such as recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • High proficiency in English.
  • Strategic thinking, leadership qualities, and problem-solving skills for complex management tasks.
  • Ability to organize teams and ensure their effective performance.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and experience in managing labor relations.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the company’s HR strategy aimed at attracting, retaining, and developing talented employees.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee training processes.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of the HR department, its plans, and achievements.
  • Develop and implement performance management and employee motivation systems.
  • Foster and maintain corporate culture, and develop internal communications.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage labor discipline.
  • Provide consultancy to management and staff on HR and labor relations issues.
  • Manage change and transformations within the company, organize training and development programs for employees.
  • Prepare reports for the company’s management on HR department performance indicators.
