Our Client is a Ukrainian developer that creates, constructs and manages commercial real estate properties. Their portfolio includes over 35 innovative projects designed for leaders of the new generation.

The company is seeking a Human Resources Director (HRD) to achieve the planned goals for this year and ensure dynamic growth in the future.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in HR, including at least 3-4 years in a leadership role (HRD) in a medium or large company (200+ employees).
  • Ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s mission and goals.
  • Experience in building and managing an HR department with multiple divisions (recruitment, development, training, motivation, compensation, and benefits).
  • Capability to work with top management and department heads, providing HR support, including solving motivation, recruitment, and personnel development issues.
  • Deep understanding of human capital management with a focus on talent development, training, and motivation.
  • Ability to form and manage the HR department’s budget, payroll fund, and vacancy budget.
  • Experience in fostering and maintaining a corporate culture that promotes employee engagement and development.
  • Proficiency in working with HR metrics and analyzing data to make strategic decisions about personnel development.
  • Preferable experience in implementing OKRs and other performance management systems.
  • Experience in managing projects related to HR process transformation, adapting to market changes, and business demands.
  • Willingness to travel to Lviv.
Responsibilities:

Strategy and Human Capital Management:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
  • Identify key areas for corporate culture development and change management.
  • Build a talent development system that includes training programs, mentoring, and career growth.
  • Implement and maintain a performance management system (OKR) to evaluate the results of teams and individuals.

Engagement and Development Management:

  • Support the process of attracting “like-minded” individuals aligned with the company’s values and corporate culture.
  • Support and optimize onboarding programs for new employees, focusing on integration into the company’s values and processes.
  • Manage internal educational programs and employee development plans.

Corporate Culture and Interaction:

  • Build and maintain a strong corporate culture that attracts and retains employees.
  • Organize initiatives to develop corporate values, employee engagement, and interaction.
  • Maintain a feedback system to assess employee satisfaction and develop motivational programs.

Team Management:

  • Collaborate with leaders at various levels to implement HR initiatives and improve team performance.
  • Provide HR support to managers, offering training on team management, conflict resolution, and motivation.
  • Implement internal leadership development programs through leadership and mentorship initiatives.

Budget Management and Analytics:

  • Payroll Budget Management: Plan, monitor, and optimize personnel costs to achieve the company’s financial goals.
  • Annual HR Department Budget: Includes funding for training, employee development, motivational programs, recruitment, and corporate events.
  • Vacancy Budget: Determine the cost of attracting new employees and monitor adherence to recruitment budgets.
  • Per Employee Cost Management: Monitor and analyze costs per employee to optimize the company’s personnel expenses.
  • Analytics and KPI Management: Analyze key HR metrics (engagement, turnover, recruitment efficiency, training outcomes) to make informed management decisions.
