Our client is a leading Ukrainian manufacturer with over 20 years of experience in the energy sector. The company specializes in producing high-quality LED, microprocessor, and military-grade products, consistently meeting the highest quality standards. Key areas of activity include solar power plant creation, industrial automation, comprehensive electrical installation, and facade and landscape lighting projects.

Our client is seeking an experienced Human Capital Director with strong knowledge of modern HR practices, willing to work at the headquarters in Vinnytsia.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a medium to large business environment with a focus on human capital and modern HR practices.
  • Proven success in scaling companies and adapting personnel to new processes and organizational structures.
  • Skills in assessing and developing managerial competencies.
  • Knowledge of creating an Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and the ability to communicate it effectively to both the team and the job market.
  • Experience in creating effective onboarding processes where each participant understands their role and impact on the business.
  • Ability to define and communicate corporate culture and recognize team dynamics.
  • Hands-on experience in team building.
  • Knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) in human capital management and ability to evaluate their impact on the business.
  • Experience and willingness to manage veteran reintegration programs.
Responsibilities:

Strategic Human Capital Management:

  • Analyze and improve existing human capital management processes, implementing modern practices.
  • Support scaling efforts (+150 team members).
  • Adapt human capital to organizational restructuring and updated business processes.
  • Develop and implement team-building practices.

Leadership Development:

  • Assess the competencies of first- and second-line managers (40+ people) and analyze the effectiveness of current training programs.
  • Create individual development plans for top management focusing on strategic skills and leadership.

Employer Value Proposition (EVP) Development:

  • Design an attractive EVP and communicate it effectively internally and externally to enhance employee engagement.
  • Ensure company values are conveyed to employees and candidates to support talent retention.

Onboarding Processes:

  • Develop a Welcome Guide.
  • Communicate the purpose and significance of each onboarding step to new employees.

Corporate Culture:

  • Identify and manage corporate culture, and assess team dynamics to ensure productivity and collaboration.
  • Develop strategies to maintain a positive culture and integrate new employees.

Human Capital KPIs:

  • Define key metrics to be measured at this stage of development.
  • Analyze current performance, and outcomes, and plan the next steps.

Additional Activities:

  • Potential travel 1-2 times monthly and representing the company at conferences and forums.
