Our client is a Ukrainian manufacturing company with over 20 years of experience in the energy sector.
The company specializes in the production of high-quality LED, microprocessor-based, and military-grade equipment.

At the core of the company’s operations lies the “Human First” philosophy, which now needs to be fully integrated into key HR processes. Currently, the company is seeking a Human Capital Development Leader who applies modern, forward-thinking HR practices, can implement a long-term HCD strategy, and is ready to work on-site in Vinnytsia.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in mid- to large-sized companies that value human capital and implement advanced HR practices.
  • A strong understanding of Human Capital Development (HCD) with a proven track record of successfully implemented cases.
  • Experience supporting company scaling and aligning talent with updated processes and organizational structures.
  • Practical experience in building and managing an HR department structured around business units and key functions (Comp & Ben, Recruitment, Wellbeing, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute long-term HR/HCD strategies.
  • Experience in digitalizing HR processes and implementing HR tech solutions.
Goals for this year:
  • Hiring: Test and refine updated recruitment policies, standards, KPIs, and reporting; ensure execution of hiring plans (20–22 people per month).
  • Wellbeing: The People Management function has been transitioned into Wellbeing — focusing on care for the team and each individual.
  • Total Rewards: Updated leadership incentive programs have been implemented. The grading model has been synchronized for the engineering and installation teams.
  • Talent & Competence: Leverage individual talents and the corporate competency model to maximize employee performance and impact within the company.
  • Team: Finalize the formation of the HR team according to the planned structure and the future vision of HCD.
  • Performance: Maximize the balance between efficiency (process) and productivity (results) within teams.
