Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience as an HRBP or senior HR management role.
  • In-depth knowledge of human resource management, talent development, and organizational development.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR processes and programs aimed at improving business outcomes.
  • Knowledge of change management principles, corporate culture development, and talent management.
  • Strong communication and consulting skills for working with leadership teams and employees.
  • Ability to combine strategic and tactical thinking, aligned with business needs.
  • Ability to work with large data sets, conducting analysis to define development directions.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and experience working with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to design and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Ensure the efficiency of recruitment, onboarding, and training processes within the organization.
  • Assess training and development needs and create programs to meet those needs.
  • Monitor employee engagement and satisfaction levels, developing initiatives to improve corporate culture.
  • Manage change initiatives, assist with organizational issues, and build effective teams.
  • Support leadership in developing leadership skills and managerial competencies.
  • Provide consultancy on labor law and HR management issues.
  • Analyze HR data and develop strategies to optimize company performance.
