Our client is the largest bank in Ukraine with foreign capital. For over 30 years, it has been actively contributing to the development and stability of the country’s banking system.

Today, the company employs more than 5,500 professionals, including one of the largest product-focused IT teams in Ukraine, comprising over 800 specialists.

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who is ready to grow as a leader and take responsibility for the performance and development of the HRBP team (7 experts). The ideal candidate has experience working in large, structured organizations and the confidence to act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, including Board members and C-level leaders.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years in senior HR leadership roles
  • Proven experience partnering with top management and leading HR teams
  • Fluency in Ukrainian and strong command of English (both written and verbal)
  • Readiness to lead not only the function’s performance but also the growth of the HRBP team
  • Deep knowledge of labor law and compliance practices in regulated industries
  • Hands-on experience managing complex change and transformation projects
  • Ability to support decisions and team results with metrics and clear outcomes
  • Practical experience handling complex employee offboarding situations
Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop the HRBP team, ensuring high service quality and professional growth
  • Act as a strategic HR partner for key business areas, aligning talent strategies with business goals
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise (e.g., C&B, L&D, Talent Acquisition) to design and implement impactful HR initiatives
  • Advise senior leaders on performance management, leadership development, team dynamics, and organizational design
  • Support and lead business-driven change and cultural transformation projects
  • Ensure consistent and aligned implementation of compensation, benefits, and performance management policies
  • Help managers build inclusive, high-performing, and veteran-friendly teams based on trust and collaboration
  • Use HR analytics to drive informed decision-making and process improvements
  • Ensure full compliance with labor legislation and internal governance standards
  • Contribute to cross-functional HR initiatives and bank-wide transformation projects
