• Financial education.
• Knowledge of Ukraine’s stock market.
• Experience in banking or as a broker (preferred).
• Experience with IT solutions for brokerage activities (trading platforms, reporting systems – a plus).

• Establishing and organizing the operations of a brokerage firm.
• Obtaining a brokerage license and managing regulatory compliance.
• Collaborating closely with company owners and overseeing the adaptation of brokerage personnel.
• Developing partnerships to drive company growth.
