Digital Marketing Manager

Our client is a foreign-invested enterprise that has operated successfully in Ukraine for over 25 years. The company is actively expanding in several business areas, including publishing, book sales, cosmetics, and other products through wholesale and retail channels, its own network of bookstores, contact centers, and e-commerce.

• Experience: Proven experience in large or medium-sized businesses, in-house, within the E-commerce sector.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in app promotion, SEO optimization, and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Firebase, Hotjar, and Flurry.
• Languages: Fluent in Ukrainian, with a strong command of English for communication with management.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (IT, design, marketing, technical support).
• Work Format: Willing to work in a hybrid format in either Kyiv or Kharkiv.

• Market & Competitor Analysis: Continuously analyze market trends, competitors, and updates to stay ahead.
• E-commerce Analytics: Track sales, user behavior, traffic sources, and engagement via GA4, Firebase, Hotjar, Flurry.
• Website & App Management: Ensure website and app functionality, task developers with resolving technical issues and implementing new ideas.
• App Monetization: Manage and optimize strategies for monetizing the app.
• SEO & Content Optimization: Perform SEO optimizations, oversee copywriting work, and monitor performance in search engines.
• Advertising & Campaign Management: Manage ads on Google Ads, Merchant Center, Meta Ads, and track ROI.
• Testing & Analytics: Conduct A/B and multivariate testing, monitor local search engine performance, and manage domain statuses in spam filters.
• Collaborate with Contractors: Work with contractors such as UApay, GetPin, SSLcom.ua, DataGroup, and Google LLC to support operations.

• Hybrid work format in Kyiv (Business Center “Liga”) or Kharkiv (Business Center “Proton”).
