Olena Dosenko Our Client – a Ukrainian manufacturer of compact and portable electronic warfare systems designed to counter hostile UAVs. The company develops highly mobile solutions: jamming and neutralizing drones at distances up to 5 km, protective domes for tactical sites and infantry in trenches, proprietary “friend-foe” discrimination software, and a broad portfolio of serial installations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Radio Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related field
- 2–3 years’ experience as a Design Engineer or Lead Designer in EW/radio-electronic systems
- Proficient in CAD (SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, or similar)
- Knowledge of DSTU/ESKD standards and principles of electromechanical device design
- Ability to read electrical schematics and understand RF device fundamentals
- English language proficiency of at least B1
- An analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a team
Responsibilities:
- Develop design documentation and production drawings for electronic warfare systems throughout their lifecycle
- Model assemblies and enclosures in CAD (SolidWorks, Inventor, etc.)
- Prepare parts according to DSTU/ESKD, oversee assembly, and prototyping
- Collaborate with R&D engineers, electronics specialists, and testers for integration and validation
- Optimize designs for weight, dimensions, and cost efficiency
- Liaise with component suppliers and ensure quality control
- Support manufacturing processes and product release updates
