Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in Demand Planning;
  • Proficiency in English at a B1 level or higher;
  • Development of weekly demand forecasts, analyzing historical sales data to identify trends and patterns;
  • Ensuring forecast accuracy during critical position reviews, cleansing and adjusting historical data, configuring statistical parameters, and adapting statistical forecasts based on market and business knowledge;
  • Close collaboration with category managers and multifunctional centers to understand market dynamics and incorporate this knowledge into forecasts;
  • Analyzing and interpreting data from internal and external sources to monitor consumer dynamics, trade channels, brand performance, and identify potential risks and opportunities;
  • Organizing and conducting monthly meetings for category forecast alignment, focusing on forecast accuracy, key deviations, stockouts from major suppliers, etc.
Responsibilities:
  • Daily maintenance and analysis of demand forecasts at the SKU-store level;
  • Improvement of MDSP parameters (seasonality, etc.) to ensure high quality of initial demand proposals from systems;
  • Weekly root cause analysis of forecast accuracy reports;
  • Analysis and interpretation of data from internal and external sources to monitor consumer dynamics, trade channels, brand performance, and identify potential risks and opportunities;
  • Providing all necessary input data for an effective listing process: forecast checks for innovations (compared to analogs), etc.;
  • Uploading OTIF forecasts for all new SKUs;
  • Ensuring effective communication with the promotions and procurement departments;
  • Organizing and conducting monthly category meetings focused on forecast accuracy;
  • Performing joint demand planning with TOP suppliers;
  • Preparing instructions and procedures to standardize and optimize the demand planning process;
  • Managing internal projects related to demand planning.
