• At least 7 years of experience as a CTO or Head of Technology.
• In-depth knowledge of software development, system architecture, and engineering.
• Experience in developing and implementing technology strategies that meet business needs.
• Knowledge of the latest technologies: artificial intelligence, blockchain, IoT, machine learning, cloud computing.
• Ability to manage teams of developers and engineers and create efficient workflows.
• High level of strategic thinking and decision-making based on technical data.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
