The company has been operating for over 10 years, with a significant presence both in Ukraine and abroad, and continues to actively grow. They heavily invest in infrastructure development and improving internal business processes to ensure maximum efficiency.

Due to business expansion, the company is looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead operational processes and optimize the company’s production and business operations.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience as a COO or senior leader in operations management.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and experience in implementing effective operational strategies.
  • Experience in optimizing production processes and resource management.
  • Knowledge of quality management principles and continuous improvement techniques (Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Ability to lead large teams and ensure their effective collaboration.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • High organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and find effective solutions to complex issues.
  • High proficiency in English.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the company’s operational strategy aimed at achieving business objectives.
  • Manage operational processes, including production, logistics, and customer service.
  • Optimize business processes and ensure smooth operational functioning.
  • Develop and implement quality standards and controls at all stages of the production process.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the seamless operation of all business processes.
  • Analyze operational performance results and prepare recommendations for improving efficiency.
  • Participate in budget development and execution, managing costs and resources.
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Lead the team, support corporate culture, and employee development
