Their advanced technologies, products, and services are used in various industries, ranging from defense and security to construction and agriculture.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in the technology or aerospace sectors.
  • Fluent English (minimum C1 level), and additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Experience in organizing events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Experience in creating and utilizing video content as part of a content strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive and engaging content.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, achieve results, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams to develop marketing materials and streamline client onboarding.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively with PR teams to ensure media coverage and manage media relations.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and project management software.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to effectively promote our products and brand.
  • Manage the marketing team, providing support, mentorship, and performance feedback.
  • Plan and coordinate industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to showcase our products and engage potential clients.
  • Enhance online presence through website management, search engine optimization (SEO), and social media.
  • Create engaging content, including text and video, for marketing materials, website, blogs, social media, and other platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales department to develop marketing materials that align with sales goals and improve the new client onboarding process.
  • Coordinate with the PR team to ensure effective media coverage, manage media relations, and maximize brand awareness.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Monitor the performance of marketing activities, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.
