• At least 7 years of experience as a CIO or senior IT leader.
• In-depth knowledge of digital technologies, cybersecurity, and information systems management.
• Experience in developing and implementing IT strategies that support business growth and development.
• Ability to lead large IT teams and ensure their effective performance.
• Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of current IT trends, cloud technologies, artificial intelligence, and Big Data.
• High proficiency in English.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, innovative environments.
