• At least 5 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer or Senior Financial Manager.
• Knowledge and experience in the retail sector.
• Ability to organize effective financial planning and budgeting in a large-scale business environment.
• Experience in implementing financial strategies, including cost optimization and profitability growth.
• High level of proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability based on financial data.
• Ability to work with large volumes of data, providing clear financial reports and forecasts for management.
• Ability to work in a team and improve the efficiency of the company’s financial processes.

• Developing and implementing a financial strategy aligned with the company’s goals at various stages of its growth.
• Managing financial planning and budgeting at all levels of the company.
• Preparing and analyzing financial reports for internal and external users.
