Business Analyst

Our client is a rapidly growing pharmacy chain that holds a leading position in the pharmaceutical market. Currently, the network includes over 2,000 pharmacies, which continues to grow daily.

We are looking for a Business Analyst for remote work in financial systems development.

• At least 3 years of experience working on the 1C platform, version 8.3 or higher.
• Ability to document the visible state, reactions, and behavior of systems.
• Skills in algorithmizing user actions, analyzing problems, identifying cause-and-effect relationships, and applying formal logic.
• Ability to evaluate the quality and completeness of system requirements.
• Proficiency in performing manual functional testing, analyzing issues, and creating models during discussions.
• Capability to analyze the impact of changes on the system.
• Experience in conducting interviews to gather and clarify requirements.

• Assessing the feasibility of implementing changes within existing business processes.
• Documenting functional requirements identified during request processing.
• Participating in the analysis of workload and timelines for request implementation.
• Ensuring request evaluations meet established requirements.
• Participating in the testing of implemented changes according to functional requirements.
• Approving and accepting the results of implemented changes.

• Remote work with fixed hours: 09:00–18:00.
