Business Analyst (Financial Systems)

Our client is a rapidly growing pharmacy chain with a leading position in the pharmaceutical market. The network currently includes over 2,000 pharmacies, and this number continues to grow daily.

We are seeking a Business Analyst for remote work in financial systems development.

• Experience with applied solutions in the financial domain, particularly on the 1C platform.
• Ability to document the visible state, reactions, and behavior of systems.
• Skills in algorithmizing user actions, analyzing issues, identifying cause-and-effect relationships, and applying formal logic.
• Capability to evaluate the quality and completeness of system requirements.
• Proficiency in performing manual functional testing, analyzing issues, and modeling them during discussions.
• Ability to assess the impact of changes on the system.
• Experience in conducting interviews to gather and clarify requirements.

• Assess the feasibility of implementing changes within existing business processes.
• Document functional requirements identified during request processing.
• Participate in the analysis of workload and timelines for request implementation.
• Ensure request evaluations meet established requirements.
• Participate in testing implemented changes according to functional requirements.
• Approve and accept the results of implemented changes.

• Remote work with fixed hours: 09:00–18:00.
