Our client is a dynamic outsourcing company primarily working with clients from the United States. The main focus is on creating platforms for MLM businesses, enabling clients to scale and operate effectively within the affiliate marketing model. The company has a team of 70+ employees and plans for further growth.

We are looking for a Human Resources Director who is ready for a fast-paced work environment, full-time presence in the Kyiv office, and potential business trips to Georgia.

Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 5 years in HR, including 2–3 years in a leadership role (HRD/HRBP) within IT companies with a team size of 50 to 200 employees.
  • Key skills: Development and implementation of HR strategies, budgeting, designing and implementing motivational systems and KPIs, change management, and building effective teams.
  • Languages: Fluent English is required; Ukrainian is the working language.
  • Knowledge of legislation: Understanding of key aspects of Diia.City.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategy: Establish and implement all HR processes from scratch.
  • HR budget planning: Annual planning of salaries, motivation systems, training, and events.
  • Collaborate with company owners: Partner with them and support them in achieving business goals.
  • Recruitment process optimization: Work with the existing recruitment team and build a strong employer brand.
  • Corporate culture development: Maintain high levels of cohesion and stability within the team.
  • Employee training and development: Implement performance evaluation systems, training, and upskilling programs.
  • Ensure compliance with Diia.City requirements: Guarantee that company processes meet regulatory and legislative standards.
  • Work with metrics: Monitor, analyze, and report key HR metrics.
