3D Designer

Our client is a team of experienced event organizers who began their journey in Ukraine and are now successfully operating worldwide. Over the years, they have delivered hundreds of projects and received recognition at prestigious industry events such as BeaWorld and Eventex Awards. The company specializes in supporting the IT, tech, and cryptocurrency industries, working with top Ukrainian and international companies.

• You have experience as a 3D designer in the field of exhibition stands, commercial interiors, or spatial design.
• You think creatively and are capable of offering strong concepts that go beyond standard solutions.
• You possess in-depth knowledge of materials and technologies (metal, wood, glass, composites, lighting, etc.).
• You are familiar with production processes and understand how to turn a concept into reality, considering budget and deadlines.
• You stay updated on technological innovations and design trends, and you know how to integrate them into projects and inspire your team.
• You understand how stand design impacts brand identity, communication, and visitor experience.
• You see yourself as an organized and responsible leader who can manage freelance 3D designers: assign tasks, supervise execution, and ensure high-quality results.
• You are open to business travel (for exhibitions or production needs).

• Proficient in 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.
• Skilled in using render engines such as V-Ray, Corona, Redshift, or others.
• Good understanding of graphic design and the ability to integrate branding into spatial solutions.
• Basic knowledge of construction documentation (a plus).
• Experience with VR/AR and interactive technologies (a strong advantage).
• Proficient in Google Workspace and online project management systems.
• English language proficiency at B1 level or higher.

• Develop concepts and 3D visualizations of exhibition stands based on client briefs.
• Create detailed 3D models and renders that convey the atmosphere and core ideas of the project.
• Work out ergonomic, functional, and technical aspects of stand implementation.
• Collaborate with producers, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project execution.
• Research and integrate the latest technologies and design trends into projects.
